Most sites by boat on Statia are quite deep and better suited to diving.  There are a few sites by boat, but are weather and sea condition dependent, therefore scheduled snorkel trips from the boat are not regularly scheduled.

Boat snorkel trips need to be chartered and scheduled in advance, price to charter the boat is $395 for 1.5 hours.

 

Shore snorkeling can be done most anytime and does not require a boat or a group!
